Timi Awesu, MBA, GPHR, PMP, is the Head of People & Culture at Bitnob Technologies Inc., where they focus on building agile, culture-first teams in the financial technology sector. Timi holds a First-Class degree in Applied Physics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. Previously, Timi served as a People Operations Generalist and People and Project Manager at The Nucleous3 Limited, where they contributed significantly to project management and team performance. Timi is also the founder of Gradshift Circle and co-host of Building Men Thoroughly, reflecting their commitment to youth and leadership development.
