Matilda Wikström is the Global Head of People & Culture at Kardex Remstar and AS Solutions, a position held since 2020. Previously, Matilda served as Regional Human Resources Director and Regional HR Manager for North East Europe at Kardex Remstar from 2013 to 2016, and held various HR roles at companies including Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Waters. Matilda began their career as Acting HR Supervisor at UPS and has a strong educational background in Personnel and Organization from Stockholm University and diverse studies from Manatee Community College.
