Rukiye Karakuş has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2018, Karakuş worked as a Customer Representative at Private Kültür Basic High School, where they answered phone calls and provided information to students and parents. Rukiye also worked as a Customer Representative and translator at Kule Law Office, handling various administrative tasks and communicating with foreign customers.

Rukiye then continued their studies at Istanbul Aydin University from 2016 to 2019, earning an Associate's degree in Interpreting (English-Turkish). In 2019, Rukiye enrolled in Anadolu University and completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management in 2021. Rukiye is currently pursuing another Associate's degree in Social Media Management at Anadolu University, which they started in 2022 and will complete in 2023. Rukiye has also obtained several additional certifications, including Online İçerik Yazarlığı, Seo Eğitimi, WordPress Eğitimi, and a Certificate of Achievement from Istanbul Aydın Üniversitesi in 2017.
