Christina started their career in software engineering at ExxonMobil as a Level 1 Network Support. Christina then moved to The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Business Application Developer. Christina then joined Rebellion Photonics as a Software Development Engineer. Christina spent two years at Rebellion Photonics before moving to Honeywell as a Software Engineer I. Christina spent two years at Honeywell before joining Lockstep as a Senior Software Engineer. Christina spent six months at Lockstep before moving to their current position at Bitovi.

Christina Labay has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown. Christina also has a Full Stack Development certification from Thinkful and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Alvin Community College. Christina is also certified by Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master 1 and by DataCamp as an Intro to Python for Data Science.
