Kyle Gifford

Kyle Gifford is the current Director of Consulting Services at Bitovi. Kyle has over seven years of experience in various leadership roles in web development and software engineering.

Gifford began their career as a Lead PHP Web Developer at Beckett Media. Kyle then transitioned to Implementation Team Manager at FreeCause (now Rakuten Loyalty). In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all technical operations, including network and server administration, software engineering, client support, and management of offshore resources.

In October 2012, Gifford became the Development Manager at interlinkONE. Kyle was responsible for managing and hiring a team of 4 developers and 6 contractors, as well as leading the company's re-architecture effort onto an API-based platform architecture using Node.js and Ember.js. Gifford also implemented the Scrum framework across the company and helped redesign company workflows for development. Kyle collaborated with and presented to customers, executives and managers on business processes, RFPs, and sales opportunities.

In May 2013, Gifford left interlinkONE to become the Lead Developer at JobSync, Inc. In this role, they oversaw all technical operations, including network and server administration, software engineering, client support, and management of offshore resources. Gifford continued to provide product development and support of JobSync software as a consultant for a Fortune 200 client through December 2017.

Gifford joined Bitovi in December 2017 as the Director of Consulting Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of consultants who work with Bitovi's clients on their web application development needs.
