Dawn Gartrell

Dawn Gartrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and higher education. Currently serving as a Talent Programs Specialist at Bitpanda since October 2021, Dawn has also held roles as a Global Mobility Specialist and Executive Search Coordinator. Prior experience includes a lecturer position at Goldsmiths, University of London, where responsibilities encompassed module convening and lecturing on topics such as Occupational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour. Previous roles also include Executive and Personal Assistant positions at Odgers Berndtson, where Dawn gained insights into board-level recruitment processes, along with project and diary management. Dawn has contributed to start-ups as a Business Partner, and has held various administrative and assistant roles in earlier career stages. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from Goldsmiths, University of London.
