James Cory

James Cory has over 17 years of experience in customer service and operations management. James is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at BitPay, a cryptocurrency payment processing company. Prior to joining BitPay, James served as the Vice President of Operations at Pangea Money Transfer, a money transfer company that allows users to send money internationally. James also served as the Director of Customer Care at Grubhub, an online food ordering and delivery company. Prior to Grubhub, James worked at Grainger for 12 years, where they managed the contact center and email order integration.

James Cory has a MBA from the University of Northern Iowa in Business Administration and Management, General. James also has a BA from Wartburg College in Computer Information Systems/Business Administration.

James Cory reports to Sonny Singh, Chief Commercial Officer.
