Roman Gorshkov has a diverse range of work experience in product design and management. At Bitrix24, they served as the Head of Product Design, leading a team of six designers and providing guidance and feedback on tasks. At Neolant, they were the Deputy Chief of the Analysts and Design Department, where they implemented a task management system and successfully launched three design projects. Prior to that, Roman founded and served as the CEO of Tmean, a web development company specializing in complex web solutions, UI, and brand design. In this role, they managed all aspects of project and product management, including hiring, training, and guiding staff.
Roman Gorshkov obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) from 2006 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing studies in the field of Health and Wellness, General at the University of Education Medicine by PreventAge, with an anticipated completion in 2023.
