Michèle Tille

Michèle Tille has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is Project Manager at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator, which they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Innovation Consultant & Business Developer at SpinLab from May 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining SpinLab, Michèle founded their own company called aliigo in October 2021. Michèle served as the Gründerin (Founder) and continues to work there.

From October 2019 to June 2021, Michèle worked as a Consultant at IQ Unternehmensberatungs GmbH. Michèle also had an internship as an Intern Communication at DHL Express from July 2019 to October 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Agent at DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH from April 2019 to July 2019.

Michèle has prior experience as a Co-Founder at Intelliving GbR from April 2018 to September 2018. Michèle also worked as a Bachelorandin and Intern in Product Management at Zott SE & Co. KG from February 2017 to August 2017, as well as volunteering in Marketing and Sponsoring at WorldSkills International in July 2013.

Through their various roles, Michèle has gained experience in project management, innovation consulting, business development, consulting, communication, operations, and product management.

Michèle Tille has a Master of Arts degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medienmanagement from Hochschule Mittweida from 2014 to 2017. Michèle also attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 2016 for a media and arts program, as well as the University of the West of Scotland in 2015 for digital marketing. In addition to their formal education, Michèle holds a certification as a state-recognized instructor for marketing communication from the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chambers of Commerce & Industry).
