Dani Kohler

Dani Kohler has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and operations. Dani currently holds the position of VP of Support Services (HR/IT/Marketing) at Bitrode Corporation since January 2023. Previously, they served as the VP of People Operations/Information Technology at Bitrode Corporation from September 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they were the VP of People Operations at Bitrode Corporation from June 2020 to September 2021.

Dani also has experience working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Kohler Consulting LLC since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Essex Industries as the Director of Human Resources from January 2012 to August 2019. In their role, they contributed to the executive leadership team, improved HR department interactions, and provided ongoing communication to employees.

Before joining Essex Industries, Dani worked as the Human Resources/Benefits Manager at Essex Industries, Inc. from April 2007 to January 2012. Dani Kohler has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Human Resource Development from Webster University, obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Webster University, from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they hold several certifications, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Master Capital Strategist, Master Strategic Workforce Planning, and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
