Carolina Poveda serves as the Director of Research, Development, and Innovation (IDI) at BITS Americas S.A.S, where responsibilities include leading the technological strategy and driving innovation throughout the software development lifecycle, with a focus on enhancing quality through methodologies like Scrum and DevOps. Carolina has previously held positions such as DevOps Engineer, Software Architect for Drupal, and Development Coordinator, overseeing project development and ensuring code quality. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Development Engineer at Wit Solutions, handling MySQL databases, Drupal implementation, and PHP website creation, as well as work as a Development Engineer at ENNOVVA and as Web Master at the Central Counterparty Risk Chamber of Colombia. Carolina's educational background includes a Master's in DevOps and ongoing studies in Artificial Intelligence for Software Development from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, alongside a Diploma in JAVA and a degree in Electronic Engineering.
