Mariana Aguirre possesses extensive experience in various roles within the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
