Vinayak Mishra

Vinayak Mishra is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analyst – Talent & Growth at Busigence Technologies since July 2016, focusing on team building and the implementation of scientific hiring models using technology. Additionally, Vinayak has been a Student Mentor at the Academic Counselling Cell of BITS Pilani since October 2015, collaborating with faculty to mentor students and organize various events. Vinayak is actively involved as a Volunteer for BITSAA International, engaging alumni to support educational initiatives, and has held the position of Coordinator for Humanities And Social Science, managing events and collaborative projects. Since July 2014, Vinayak has also served in multiple roles, including Activities Coordinator and Joint Outreach Coordinator, for the Association for Computing Machinery, assisting in recruitment and organizing events. Vinayak's educational background includes studies at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
