Fenja Hanno

Fenja Hanno began their career in 2019 with a student job at Netto Marken-Discount. In 2021, they joined bits&birds as a Junior Recruiting Specialist, where they support the end-to-end recruiting process for external and internal positions and ensures an excellent candidate journey. Fenja also holds the role of Visiting Associate - Recruiting.

Fenja Hanno completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Fachhochschule Westküste in 2019-2022. Fenja then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Wirtschaft, Medien & Psychologie from the same institution between 2022-2025. In 2017, they obtained a DELF B1 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse.
