Claire Talbott

Director, Technical Support at BitSight

Claire Talbott has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Claire began their career as a Freelance Writer, working independently from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined UserVoice as a Support Engineer, where they assisted customers with product education and troubleshooting. Claire also played a role in building the Knowledge Base and creating support videos. In 2015, they were promoted to Support Engineer Team Lead, leading the team through transitions and collaborating with the Director of Engineering on bug prioritization and resolutions. In 2016, they became the Support Manager at UserVoice, responsible for managing the support organization and reducing customer effort. Claire also introduced self-help measures and improved the Knowledge Base to decrease one-touch tickets. In 2019, Talbott joined BitSight as a Technical Support Team Lead and has since been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility, including Manager and Sr. Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Technical Support at BitSight, overseeing the technical support department.

Claire Talbott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Christian Publishing and Education from The North Tennessee Bible Institute and Seminary. Additionally, Claire obtained a Certification in Advanced Search Engine Marketing Strategies from the Search Engine Academy of North Carolina.
