Ilia Zelenkin

Ilia Zelenkin's work experience includes roles such as Co-Founder/CEO at Bitskout, where they developed a software platform that enhances team productivity and engagement through AI-powered smart plugins. They also served as Co-founder/Advisor at Saferoom, a client application that adds an extra layer of encryption to data across various cloud platforms. Prior to that, Ilia worked at Nokia, where they held positions such as Head of Product & Service Innovations, Senior Product Manager, Care Technical Manager, and Circuit Core Engineer, contributing to the creation of major product innovations, managing Care KPIs, and designing long-term strategies for the company.

Ilia Zelenkin completed their Master's Degree in Physics, with a focus on Optical networks and lasers, from ITMO University from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications over the years. In 2015, they received a certification in Scalable Machine Learning (Apache Spark) from edX, and in 2014, they completed a certification in R Programming from Coursera and a certification in Computer Science and Programming in Python from edX. Ilia also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2014. Prior to their academic pursuits, they acquired several certifications related to their professional work. In 2013, they received certifications in LTE Operation and Maintenance, LTE eNodeB Commissioning and Integration, and Lean Six Sigma Basics from NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks. In 2010, they completed a Service Excellence training program offered by Nokia Networks. In 2009, they obtained a License-to-Lead certification, and in 2008, they received a certification in Customer Communication, both from Nokia Networks.
