Ashan Dhananjaya

Ashan Dhananjaya has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ashan began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at WSO2 in 2014. Ashan later worked as a Google Summer of Code Participant at The Apache Software Foundation in 2015. In 2016, they joined Work Flows Pty Ltd as a Software Engineer before moving to Sysco LABS Sri Lanka in 2018. At Sysco LABS, they initially worked as a Software Engineer and was later promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer in 2020. In 2021, they joined Bitsmedia as a Full Stack Engineer and was subsequently promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack in April 2022.

Ashan Dhananjaya completed their education at the University of Westminster from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with Honors. Ashan'sfield of study was specifically focused on Computer Software Engineering. In November 2013, Ashan obtained the Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer certification from Oracle.
