Caio also contributed to improving application quality, supporting operational aspects, and providing training to enhance team awareness and responsibility.

At Walmart eCommerce - Brasil, Caio worked as a Software Architect from July 2013 to December 2014. Caio participated in the rebuilding of the Walmart.com.br platform and successfully implemented a marketplace business model, achieving high sales during Black Friday 2013.

Prior to that, at Neolog Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda., Caio served as a Senior Development Lead from March 2012 to July 2013. Their work centered around transportation and logistics optimization through the application of integrated mathematical models. Caio also implemented training programs to enhance the development skills of their colleagues.

Caio started their career at UOL, where they held various positions from July 2006 to March 2012. Caio was a key member of the team responsible for developing core services for the popular Brazilian web portal. Caio worked on authentication, authorization, secure content storage services, and high-performance UDP applications and web services running on Linux machines. Caio progressed from a Software Engineering Internship to Junior Software Engineer and eventually an Experienced Software Engineer.

Caio Brandão do Amaral pursued their education from 2003 to 2007 at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering.
