Eduardo Angel Romero

Eduardo Angel Romero is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the payments sector. Since September 2020, Eduardo has served as the Engineering Manager for Core Services at Bitso, where Eduardo founded the Payments Infrastructure Core team, significantly advancing the company's payment systems. Eduardo previously increased the Payments Engineering team's size by nearly 250% and played a crucial role in automating the hiring process for Senior Engineers. Prior to Bitso, Eduardo held various positions including Payments Technical Lead at Clip and Lead Solutions Architect at everis, where Eduardo led key projects such as the modernization of the technological infrastructure for Profuturo AFORE. Eduardo's early career includes software engineering roles at Softtek and infosys.
