Richard Carrick

Richard Carrick is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Bitstamp and the Chief Executive Officer of Crime Research Agency. With a diverse background in compliance and consulting, they have held key positions such as Director at Financial Crime Ltd and Regional Head of Financial Crime Assurance at Barclays. Richard has also served as Head of AML Compliance at PayPal and Executive Director at CEX.IO. They previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and in various roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Wipro Consulting. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Brock University, along with degrees in Law and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, having also earned an MSc in Marketing from CUNY-Baruch College.
