Camelia Floarea has extensive experience in project management, learning and development, and banking, with a career spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Bittnet Group since September 2021, Camelia is responsible for managing project budgets and resources, alongside coordinating leadership programs that enhance team performance. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Expert at NN, where Camelia analyzed training needs and developed tailored training programs.
