Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Customer Insights at superwise.ai, where Arik developed customer management processes and engaged with key stakeholders, and Business Relationship Manager at Windward, focusing on client relationships and risk mitigation. As CEO and Co-Founder of Yous, Arik established the company's strategic direction and investor relationships. Additionally, Arik has held senior positions at Earnix, SAS Israel, and the Israeli Ministry of Defence, accumulating extensive experience in customer success, data science, and budget management. Arik holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
