Pazit Cohen Hazut serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bituach Haklai since 2018, where oversight of strategic and operational functions is paramount, alongside a focus on client communications across diverse segments in Israel. With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Pazit has held various leadership positions, including VP of the Business Client Division at Bituach Haklai, and VP, Head of Business Division at Peltours Insurance Agencies Ltd., managing comprehensive insurance services for large and medium-sized clients. Past experience includes roles at AIG and within the Economics Department at the Embassy of Israel in Argentina. Pazit holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from Ono Academic College and a BA in Insurance from the College of Finance & Insurance, Tel Aviv.
