Seleem El Banhawi

Seleem El Banhawi has extensive experience in leadership and business development, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board Member at BituNil since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing sales and the specification of new products, as well as strengthening strategic alliances with clients. Prior roles at BituNil include Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Manager. Previously, Seleem worked as an intern at Green Purpose, LLC, contributing to efficiency improvements and new business opportunities, and at ECG Engineering Consultants Group S.A., where in-field testing and hands-on learning occurred. Seleem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2011 and 2015.
