Ren Miao

Ren Miao is an experienced software engineer who has worked for various companies and organizations. In 2013, Ren worked as a Programming and Mass Spectrometry Specialist at the Metabolomics Core Facility, University of Utah. In 2016, Ren Miao moved to Varian Medical Systems and worked as a Software Engineer II until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Ren worked as a Software Engineer at Canopy, where they integrated third-party software and worked as a Java backend developer. Ren then worked as a Software Engineer at MX where they implemented RESTful API services and worked as the lead engineer for integrating the MX system with various banking services. In 2021, Ren joined Wyre as a Senior Backend Engineer until 2023, when they moved to Bitwave to work as a Senior Software Engineer.

Ren Miao obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2010. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, Ren received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
