As VP of Workforce Training, Danita Ramos oversees the team and the day-to-day operations of Bitwise’s accelerated tech-training program that helps underdog cities develop a diverse local workforce and helps underserved people reach their potential through discovery, hard work, and individualized attention. “With our guidance and training, in a community where everyone belongs, we build a diverse pipeline of students and apprentices. I couldn’t be more proud of the work we do,” says Danita.
Previously, Danita spent ten years in public education, serving students from rural Fresno as a classroom teacher and also as Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at Monroe Elementary. She has experience in curriculum framework design and integrated teaching and learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and a master’s degree in administrative services.
