Leyla Sharifullina, CFA, is the Director and Head of Operations - Europe at Bitwise Asset Management. Previously, Leyla served as Chief Operating Officer at ETC Group, where they successfully established operations and achieved record assets under management of $2 billion. Leyla has also held positions such as Chief Financial Analyst and Structured Finance Manager at Raven Property Group Limited, as well as various analyst roles in prominent financial institutions. Leyla earned a Master’s degree with Honours in Law from Kazan State University.
