Luca currently holds the position of Vice President Sales APAC (excluding China) at BITZER since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at BITZER Refrigeration Asia Pte Ltd, BITZER South East Asia Sdn. Bhd., Green Point Asia Pacific - A Service by BITZER Group, and BITZER Indonesia. From 2014 to 2016, Luca worked at BITZER Kühlmaschinenbau GmbH as the Director Sales Transport Division Asia and Market Sector Manager Transport and Truck & Trailer Asia, where they focused on developing the company's business in the Asian market for transport application compressors. Luca also served as the General Manager of Added Value Products (AVP) Sales and Marketing at Bitzer Refrigeration Asia Limited from 2012 to 2014, overseeing sales and marketing activities in Asia, India, and the Middle East.
