Jurgis Kovas

Jurgis Kovas serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Biuro since October 2019, leading the organization to become the most productive staffing agency in the Baltics, with a focus on superior candidate acquisition and client fulfillment. Additionally, Jurgis is the CEO and Founder of Workis, a gig economy platform operating across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, where 95% of assignments are filled within 24 hours. As CEO of Biuro Baltic, since November 2012, Jurgis manages the holding company for the Biuro group, emphasizing innovation and productivity. Previous experiences include serving as a board member for SIA Biuro from October 2010 to April 2013, where Jurgis established Latvian operations, as well as working as a sales manager at Biuro and an IT administrator at Bilietai Lt. Jurgis holds an Executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute and a BA in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.
