Martynas Kandzeras

Martynas Kandzeras is a highly experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as CEO and Founder of Kandzeras Foundation since September 2004, which focuses on empowering entrepreneurship and innovation. Kandzeras is also the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of BIURO, the largest employment and recruitment company in the Baltics, and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Lietuvos Junior Achievement, where efforts are directed toward equipping youth with essential skills. As a member of the Board and Co-Founder of the Lithuanian Business Angel Network, Kandzeras promotes angel investing and networking among successful entrepreneurs. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at Junicorns and a member of the Board for EdTech Lithuania, alongside teaching as a Partnership Associate Professor at Vilnius University Business School. Kandzeras's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and various degrees from Vilnius University.
