Aaron Byers

Aaron Byers is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Bivar since February 2019. In this role, Aaron collaborates with company leaders to establish vision and strategy for change management and organizational performance. Prior experiences include positions as Organizational Development and Training Manager at Bal Seal Engineering, Training Manager, providing global training initiatives, and delivering career services for UC Irvine's top-ranked business program. Aaron has a diverse background in education as a teacher and coach in Shelby County Schools, as well as service with AmeriCorps NCCC and Teach For America. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine and a B.A. in History, Psychology, and Theatre from Case Western Reserve University.
