Shannon Bigongiari, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Bivona Child Advocacy Center. With a background in various HR roles at companies such as Hoselton Auto Mall and Medical Motor Service of Rochester and Monroe County, Inc., Shannon brings a wealth of expertise in managing HR functions.
