Campbell Miller

Campbell Miller is the current Director of Proposal Development at Bixal. Prior to this, they served as Senior Proposal Manager at both STG Inc and Noblis. They began their career in the industry as a Proposal Coordinator at TASC, Inc., before being promoted to Security and Marketing Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for compelling solution-oriented content development including win themes, executive summaries, features and benefits, technical/management approach graphic concepts, performance/personnel proof points and section writing for proposals ranging from 5M to 500M. They also managed the full proposal lifecycle, from initial RFP shredding and storyboard development to teaming, staffing, pricing solution development, writing development, editing, desktop publishing and production.

Campbell Miller works with Anne Speca - Program Technical Director, Rick Burchfield - Marketing and Communications Manager, and Kayleigh Watters - Talent Acquisition Lead. Campbell Miller reports to Carla Briceno, CEO & Co-founder.
