Hannah Gibson

Hannah (Lee) Gibson is an experienced International Program Manager currently employed at Bixal since January 2024. Prior to this, Gibson held various roles at Chemonics International from November 2018 to January 2024, including Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a $75M USAID-funded early grade reading program in Malawi and a $32M resource management project across seven countries in Southern Africa. Gibson's expertise encompasses project management, financial oversight, and compliance with government regulations, highlighted by significant contributions to budget management and adaptation to project changes. Previous experience includes positions at the Campaign Legal Center, AidData, Catholic Relief Services, and the Office of Senator Richard Burr, showcasing a strong foundation in administrative support, research, and advocacy. Hannah (Lee) Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from William & Mary and has also studied at Université Grenoble Alpes.
