Lauren Fox

Lauren Fox, SHRM-CP, currently serves as People & Culture Operations Manager at Bixal since October 2021, having previously held the role of People & Culture Operations Specialist. From December 2017 to September 2021, Lauren worked at WhiteGlove Accounting Services, Inc. as an Accounting and Human Resources Consultant, focusing on employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, benefits enrollment, policy development, and payroll processing. Lauren's earlier experience includes positions as Staff Accountant at Interel + AMG, A/P Specialist at MyEyeDr., and Client Accounts Specialist at Koch & Hoos, LLC, contributing to various financial management and accounting functions. Lauren earned a BS in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University and a Culinary Arts Certificate from Northern Virginia Community College.
