Greg Santini

Greg Santini has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Greg served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bixby International, where they focused on building a world-class manufacturing platform and developing a company culture centered around employees. Prior to this, Santini worked at WS Packaging Group, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and Lean Manufacturing, leading the successful turnaround of multiple underperforming plants and overseeing the integration of acquisitions. Greg also worked at RR Donnelley/Moore Wallace as the Senior Vice President of the Label Group and Vice President of the Label Division, where they were responsible for significant revenue and employee management, as well as leading lean manufacturing initiatives. Santini began their career with General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin, where they held various engineering and management roles.
