Regina Schafnitz

Regina Schafnitz is the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Bixby Land Company. Regina has over eighteen years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. Regina began their career at Ernst & Young in October 2001 as an AABS Manager. Regina spent five years at Ernst & Young before moving to LBA Realty in July 2006, where they served as Corporate Controller for three years. Regina joined Bixby Land Company in June 2009 and has been with the company ever since.

They are on a team with Mike Severson - EVP, Chief Acquisitions Officer, Bill Delaney - Portfolio Manager, and Marty O’Hea - Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Regina Schafnitz reports to Aaron Hill, CEO & President.
