Leoponville Ndota Wambui DC Gitau has had a varied work experience beginning in 2005 with the National Defense College of the Philippines - NDCP, where they held the roles of Contributing Writer and Defense Research Officer 1. In 2012, they worked for the Commission on Elections as a Legal Researcher III and for MENDOZA NAVARRO-MENDOZA AND PARTNERS LAW OFFICES as a Legal Counsel for Criminal, Civil, Tax, and Corporate Law. From 2013 to 2019, they worked for MERALCO as a Legal Counsel- Local Government and Special Projects and Legal Counsel for Litigation Services. In 2019, they took on the role of Consultant for ELID, and in 2022 they became the Head of Marketing for Bixie.

Leoponville Ndota Wambui DC Gitau has a comprehensive educational background. In 2006, they completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law from San Beda University. Prior to that, they studied French at the University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2006. From 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Breaktrhoughs from MERALCO in December 2021, Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in September 2021, and a Project Management Certificate from the Center for Global Best Practices in May 2019.
