Rosalia G.

Rosalia G. has held a variety of roles in the corporate, non-profit, and humanitarian sectors. In 2013, they began their career as a Corporate Lawyer at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where they focused on fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other White Collar Criminal matters. Rosalia then moved to the United Nations OCHA in the same year, where they held the role of Head of Analysis and was responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team. In 2016, they co-founded Solévolt, an off-grid energy company, where they spearheaded market entry into Asia, managed sales and marketing, and handled client accounts. In 2018, they founded BBI, a financial technology company committed to realizing financial freedom for women, and held the role of Director of Strategic Planning and Global Business Development at Hundsun Tech (Alibaba Group). Rosalia also held the role of Director of Strategy and Operations at Everex Global in the same year. In 2020, Rosalia G. became the Co-Founder and CEO of Bixie, and in 2022, they joined the Global Telecom Women's Network as a Member of the Board of Directors. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Visiting Fellow at ZINC, where they support a cohort of 70 Founders to build commercial, scalable businesses that tackle financial resilience.

Rosalia G. graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. Rosalia then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2005-2006, where they earned an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration. From 2006-2009, Rosalia G. attended New York University School of Law, where they obtained a J.D. in International Law. Rosalia also holds a certification from the NY State Bar.
