Dominic Balke

Dominic Balke is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and operations management. Currently serving as Reporting Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Product Manager at Biz Core since February 2018, Dominic is responsible for product discovery and delivery cycles, as well as customer support and training for the Biz Core™ platform. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Credit Analyst at Swoosh Finance, where Dominic focused on credit assessment and refining lending practices, and Assistant Manager Business Development at Cash Converters Investment Group, where Dominic contributed to the implementation of responsible lending guidelines. Dominic holds a Diploma in Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Credit Management from the Australian College Of Commerce & Management, as well as a foundational education from Chancellor State College.
