KAPIL DIXIT is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in building and leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving at Kreditstack Financial Services Pvt Ltd since August 2023, KAPIL is instrumental in supporting rapid company growth. Prior to this role, KAPIL was at Comm100, where leadership involved growing the India team from its inception from November 2019 to June 2023. At MyOperator, from June 2012 to November 2019, KAPIL made significant contributions as the first HR hire, expanding the workforce from 2 to over 750 employees. KAPIL began the HR career as a Recruitment Consultant at CareerGraph, focusing on recruitment processes for top-level executives.
