Mirella Galang

Mirella Galang is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Support AI Specialist at Biza.io, since August 2025, Mirella previously held project management roles at InDebted and Flare, where responsibilities included managing onboarding platforms and customer data migration. Mirella also served as a Project Coordinator for the CEO at STORM Technologies PH, focusing on research and project coordination, and worked as a Product Manager for Fintech Partnerships at UnionBank of the Philippines, leading partnership projects with fintech companies. Mirella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and completed high school at Quezon City Science High School.
