Diana Lind

Diana Lind's work experience includes serving as Director of Global Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Bizagi, where they are responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, providing legal and commercial support for existing contracts, and managing disputes. Diana also has experience as General Counsel at Bizagi, where they oversaw the company's legal department and handled various legal matters such as drafting agreements with strategic partners and advising on liabilities and legal risks. Prior to joining Bizagi, Diana was the Director of the Legal Department at Vision Software S.A.S., where they provided guidance and leadership for commercial contracts, reviewed and negotiated master agreements, and advised on business and legal risks. In addition, they worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Finamerica SA, and as a Public Sector Lawyer at the Colombian Ministry of National Education, where they drafted resolutions and responded to legal requests regarding educational standards.

Diana Lind's education history includes obtaining an Advanced Practitioner Certification in Contract & Commercial Management from The International Association for Contract & Commercial Management in 2019. In 2013, they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Southampton, specializing in Law. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Derecho Comercial (Commercial Law) as an Especialista en Derecho Comercial (Specialist in Commercial Law) at Universidad Externado de Colombia in 2010. Diana started their educational journey by earning a law degree (Abogada) from Unversidad Santo Tomás in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Diana has also obtained additional certifications in Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn in April 2020, and as an Advanced Practitioner (CCMAP) from IACCM in July 2020.
