Wilmar Serrano Rodríguez

Wilmar Serrano Rodríguez has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Wilmar started their career at Human Perspectives International - HPI in 2011 as a Technical Support Analyst, providing support for HRM tools. Wilmar then transitioned into the role of a Software Developer and Technical Lead Engineer, where they were involved in end-to-end processes, from analysis to design and testing, for HRM tool implementations at financial companies in Colombia and Ecuador. Additionally, they served as a Tech Lead for enhancements implementation at an Oil and Gas company in Colombia. In 2013, Wilmar joined the company Bizagi as a BPM Consultant. Wilmar later became a Bizagi Architect, contributing to the company's projects, and is currently serving as a Principal Solutions Architect.

Wilmar Serrano Rodríguez received a certification in ITIL Fundamentos V3 from ITService in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito between 2005-2011, majoring in Ingeniería de sistemas. Wilmar also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2021.
