Ricardo Monteiro has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Ricardo began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment and Training manager at MODERN BRITISH CANTEEN LIMITED. From there, they worked as a Freelance business developer, collaborating with institutions in the creative industries in both Portugal and the UK. During this time, they also organized a large-scale creative degree show featuring graduates from universities across Portugal.

In 2016, Ricardo joined HACKNEY BREWERY LTD as a Sales Development Representative before transitioning to a role as an Account Manager at Mortar Pestle Studio in 2018. In 2020, they joined GoDaddy as a Sales Development & Digital consultant, focusing on sales and digital consultations.

In 2022, Ricardo took on the role of an Account Executive at Factorial HR, where they developed and managed a pipeline of prospects in the Portuguese market. Ricardo provided guidance on the digitalization of Human Resources processes and integration solutions.

Currently, Ricardo is working as a Sales Executive at BizAway, a position they started in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Ricardo has been involved in new market development, research and development of working pipelines, strategic planning, product consultation, and maximizing potential through collaboration with various teams within organizations.

Ricardo Monteiro obtained a Certificate in Higher Education from the University of the Arts London. Ricardo pursued this degree in the field of Creative Enterprise, completing their studies between the years 2008 and 2010.
