Charles Drake

Charles Drake is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as an Account Relationship Manager at Bizco Technologies since February 2019, Charles oversees equipment orders for over 45 clients and facilitates project meetings and regular communications. Previously, as a Systems Engineer, responsibilities included maintaining network and server systems and improving issue resolution processes. Prior roles include IT Support Technician/System Administrator at The Dali Museum, where Charles developed network policies and audited vendor services, and Business Development Manager at Rocky Mountain Instrument Co, managing over 400 international accounts.
