Henrik Serup Søgaard

Henrik Serup Søgaard has extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy positions within engineering and process management. Currently serving as COO and Senior Partner at Bizcon since April 2005, Henrik oversees customer projects as an owner and partner. Previously, Henrik worked as a process consultant at QualiWare Consulting from October 2000 to March 2005, specializing in process, quality, and environmental systems. From June 1993 to October 2000, Henrik was the Planning & Service Manager at Union Engineering A/S, managing project planning and a spare parts department. Earlier roles include Development Engineer at Epoke Production A/S and Engineering Department Manager at Danish Wood Treating Co. Henrik holds a degree in Strategy from Syddansk Universitet, completed between 1996 and 1998, and a Teknikum qualification in Energy Technology from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Southern Denmark, obtained in 1989.
