Dzenita Mesic has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Dzenita began their career as an Art Director at Libran Studio in 2011. In 2012, they joined Metro Sverige as a Graphic Designer before transitioning to the role of Art Director. Dzenita also worked as a Graphic Designer at IDG Sverige for a brief period in 2012. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Advisor till Right 2 Choose at Reach for Change. Dzenita then became an Art Director and Digital Designer at 48h - Sveriges största reklamtävling för och av studenter! from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are the Head Of Creative at Bizkit Havas, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they were an Art Director at the same company from 2019 to February 2022.

Dzenita Mesic has a education history that includes attending the Stockholm University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen degree in Grafisk design, reklam & PR. In 2016, they also briefly attended the Berghs School of Communication, focusing on Gränssnittsdesign/UX, although it is not stated if they received a degree from this school.
