A management professional with an entrepreneurial drive and passion to scale up businesses globally. Strongly believes that people do business with someone they trust and most of the business happens through network. BizKonnect is founded with the same belief to help companies scale up their businesses globally.

Before BizKonnect, Milind helped Xpanxion, a software services company, to acquire marquee global clients, to accelerate sales, right through its successful acquisition by UST Global. Prior to joining Xpanxion, he was heading the India operations for mValent, a Boston-based software product company acquired by Oracle. He also helped eGain Communications, a Sunnyvale ( CA ) based software product company to set up and grow their services and solutions business unit in India.

Milind spent extensive time as a manager for Ernst & Young Consulting in their Chicago office working on global engagements with clients like Motorola and Sony. He has worked with Wipro Systems, as an account coordinator and technical consultant for the GE Aircraft Engines account in Cincinnati, USA. He started his career as a software professional with the Management Services Division of Telco ( Tata Engineering ).

Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT/REC), Nagpur and an MBA (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore
