Amrinder Arora

Amrinder Arora is the CEO of BizMerlinHR. Amrinder has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on product management and software development.

Arora began their career as a software developer, working for Dante Consulting and then Meritage Technologies. In 2002, they joined GlobalLogic as a technical lead. Amrinder spent three years at GlobalLogic before moving to NTELX, where they served as VP of Technology.

At NTELX, Arora was responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and direction. Amrinder also oversaw the development of the NX suite of software products. Arora left NTELX in 2012 to join hCentive, Inc. as VP of Solutions.

Arora joined Edifecs in 2013 as AVP of Product Management. Amrinder spent two years at Edifecs before moving to BizMerlinHR in 2015.

Amrinder Arora has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The George Washington University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and a B Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
